მე ვარ ნინო სოხაძე და ვსწავლობ  თბილისის სამედიცინო აკადემიაში, უკვე მე-6 კურსზე.

უნივერსიტეტიდან Erasmus+ პროგრამით ერთი სემესტრით ჩეხეთში, მაზარიკის უნივერსიტეტში  ვიყავი. თსა-ში ჩაბარების დღიდანვე ძალიან მინდოდა ასეთ პროგრამაში მონაწილეობა, მაგრამ სულ უკან ვიხევდი. ბოლოს გადავწყვიტე, დრო იყო ჩემი კომფორტის ზონიდან გამოვსულიყავი და ჩემი თავი გამომეცადა. 

მაზარიკის უნივერსიტეტში სასწავლო სისტემა ძალიან გამარტივებულია, რაც სტუდენტებისთვის კომფორტულია. სასწავლო საგნები წასვლამდე ავირჩიე, თუმცა ადგილზე ჩასვლის შემდეგაც მქონდა შესაძლებლობა ცხრილი შემეცვალა. 

ერთ-ერთ საგნად ავირჩიე გადაუდებელი მედიცინა. თავიდან მეგონა, რომ მხოლოდ თეორიულად გავივლიდი, თუმცა, შეხება გვქონდა როგორც პაციენტებთან, ისე სიმულაციებთან. სტუდენტებს გვყოფდნენ ჯგუფებად, ლექტორები გვეუბნებოდნენ პაციენტის ანამნეზს, შემდეგ კი მისი სიცოცხლე ჩვენ უნდა გადაგვერჩინა.

პაციენტთან დაკავშირებული ნებისმიერი ინფორმაცია ხელმისაწვდომი იყო ჩვენთვის, იქნებოდა ეს ლაბორატორიული ანალიზი, CT თუ რენტგენი. იმ მომენტში ჩვენ ვიყავით ექიმები და ყველაფერი უნდა გაგვეკეთებინა იმისათვის, რომ პაციენტი გადაგვერჩინა. ლექტორებთან განვიხილავდით თითოეულ შემთხვევას, რა უნდა გაგვეკეთებინა ან როგორ უნდა დავხმარებოდით პაციენტს რომ უფრო ეფექტიანი შედეგი მიგვეღო.  

ძალიან მომეწონა სასამართლო მედიცინა. გვქონდა შესაძლებლობა გვამები გვენახა და ნებისმიერი ორგანოს შევხებოდით, რაც უფრო საინტერესოს ხდიდა პროცესს. საქართველოში კი ამ საგნის სწავლა სამწუხაროდ მხოლოდ თეორიულად არის შესაძლებელი. 

ყველაზე მეტად მომეწონა ის, რომ ყველა საგანი ისეა მიბმული ერთმანეთს ერთი თუ ჩააგდე მეორის სწავლა გაგიჭირდება. თუმცა, მაინც მინდა აღვნიშნო, რომ ჩვენი უნივერსიტეტის საგამოცდო სისტემა უფრო მეტად მომწონს ვიდრე ჩეხეთის. 

ჩეხეთმა ჩემი მოლოდინები უდავოდ გაამართლა, კიდევ რომ შემძლებოდა იქ დარჩენა, აუცილებლად დავრჩებოდი. მივიღე მეტი ცოდნადა ვისწავლე თუ როგორ გამოვიყენო თეორიული ცოდნა ყოველდღიურ პრაქტიკაში, გადავლახე ენის ბარიერი.  გარდა ამისა, ძალიან ბევრი სტუდენტი გავიცანი სხვადასხვა ქვეყნიდან. მათთან ურთიერთობა ჩემთვის სასიამოვნო და ამავდროულად საინტერესო იყო.

მსგავსი გაცვლითი პროგრამები საუკეთესო საშუალებაა იმისათვის, რომ საფუძვლიანად გავეცნოთ ევროპის მოწინავე კლინიკებში დანერგილ მკურნალობის თანამედროვე მეთოდებს.

The Czech Republic and my expectations

My name is Nino Sokhadze and  I am studying at the Tbilisi Medical Academy, already in my 6th year.

Through the Erasmus+ program, I spent one semester at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. From the day I entered TMA, I really wanted to participate in such a program, but I kept backing away. I finally decided it was time to step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself.

The educational system at Masaryk University is very simplified, which is comfortable for students. I chose the subjects before leaving, but I had the opportunity to change the program even after I arrived.

I chose Emergency Medicine as one of the subjects. At first, I thought that I would only go through theory, although we had contact with both patients and simulations. Students were divided into groups, lecturers told us the patient's history, and then we had to save his/her life. Any information related to the patient was available to us, be it laboratory analysis, CT, or X-ray. At that moment we were doctors and had to do everything to save the patient. We discussed each case with the lecturers, what we should do or how we should help the patient to get a more effective result. 

I really liked Forensic Medicine. We had the opportunity to see cadavers and touch any organ, which made the process more interesting. Unfortunately, studying this subject in Georgia is only theoretically possible.

What I liked the most is that all the subjects are connected to each other in such a way that if you drop one, it will be difficult to learn the other. However, I still want to point out that I like the examination system of our university more than the Czech one.

The Czech Republic definitely met my expectations, if I could stay there again, I would definitely stay. I learned how to use theoretical knowledge in everyday practice and overcame the language barrier. In addition, I met many students from different countries, and communication with them was pleasant and at the same time interesting for me.

Such exchange programs are the best way to get thoroughly acquainted with the modern methods of treatment implemented in the advanced clinics of Europe.
