ჩემი მომავლის შექმნა

მე ვარ მარიამ ჭითაშვილი, მესამე კურსის სტუდენტი და მოხარული ვარ, გაგიზიაროთ ჩემი გამოცდილება სტაჟირების  სამკვირიანი  პროგრამიდან, რომელშიც მონაწილეობა მივიღე თურქეთში, ქალაქ ერზურუმში, კარდიოლოგიის დეპარტამენტში.

ამ განყოფილებაში მუშაობის დროს, შევიძინე მნიშვნელოვანი ცოდნა და გამოცდილება. ისე, სწავლის პერიოდში არ მიზიდავდა არც კარდიოლოგია და არც კარდიოქირურგია, თუმცა ეს სამი კვირა იმდენად შთამაგონებელი და საინტერესო აღმოჩნდა, რომ ახლა ვფიქრობ, მომავალი კარიერა ზუსტად ამ სფეროებს დავუკავშირო.

პროგრამის ფარგლებში შეხება მქონდა ბევრ საინტერესო კარდიოლოგიურ შემთხვევასთან და შანსი მომეცა გამეზიარებინა კარდიოლოგების ყოველდღიური რუტინა და მოვალეობები. ჩემი სტაჟირების ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე დასამახსოვრებელი ასპექტი იყო ანგიოგრაფიის განყოფილება, სადაც  პერსონალი განსაკუთრებულად მომეწონა.

 

სტუდენტებს საშუალება მოგვეცა უშუალოდ დავსწრებოდით ანგიოგრაფიის პროცედურებს, რომლის დროსაც გვეცვა სპეციალური, რენტგენის გამოსხივებისგან დამცავი უნიფორმა. უნიფორმა დამზადებული იყო ტყვიისგან და 5 კილოგრამზე მეტს იწონიდა. ერთი შეხედვით, მძიმე არ ჩანდა, მაგრამ მისი მცირე ხნით ტარების შემდეგ, სწრაფად მივხვდი ამ წონის ატანის გამოწვევას მთელი დღის განმავლობაში, განსაკუთრებით მაშინ, როდესაც დღეში 10-დან 12 პროცედურის შესრულება გვიწევდა. ეს ნამდვილად ხაზს უსვამს პროფესიის ფიზიკურ მოთხოვნებს და აღრმავებს ჩემს პატივისცემას ჯანდაცვის პროფესიონალების მიმართ, რომლებიც თავდადებით ასრულებენ ასეთ რთულ ამოცანებს. პროცედურებისას, ექიმები დეტალურად ხსნიდნენ ყველაფერს, რამაც გააადვილა ჩემი ანატომიური ცოდნის პრაქტიკაში გამოყენება.

გარემო საკმაოდ მეგობრული და კოლაბორაციული იყო. ექიმები და ექთნები ენთუზიაზმით გამოირჩეოდნენ, მათ სურდათ საკუთარი გამოცდილების გაზიარება. დროს უთმობდნენ რთული ქეისების ახსნას და ყველა შეკითხვაზე ამომწურავ პასუხებს გვცემდნენ.

ასევე, უმნიშვნელოვანელი ასპექტი იყო ადგილობრივი კულტურისა და ტრადიციების გაცნობა. საშუალება მოგვეცა დაგვეთვალიერებინა განსაცვიფრებელი ბუნება - მათ შორის, ტორტუმის ტბის თვალწარმტაცი პეიზაჟები. თურქული სამზარეულოს გასინჯვამ გაამდიდრა ჩემი გასტრონომიული გამოცდილება და გამაცნო რეგიონის კულინარიული ტრადიციები.

მოკლედ რომ შევაჯამო, ჩემი სამკვირიანი სტაჟირება თურქეთში, გადამწყვეტი გამოცდილება იყო, რომელიც დამეხმარა როგორც პროფესიულ, ასევე პიროვნულ ზრდაში. კარდიოლოგიის პრაქტიკულმა გაცნობამ შთამაგონა, განახლებული ენთუზიაზმით გავაგრძელო კარიერა ამ სფეროში.

ყველას, ვინც ეძებს ფასდაუდებელ ცოდნასა და გამოცდილებას, სიამოვნებით გირჩევთ გაცვლით პროგრამაში მონაწილეობას.    

Shaping My Future

I am Mariam Tchitashvili, a third-year student, and I am excited to share my experiences from the three-week internship program I attended this summer in Erzurum, Turkey, in the Cardiology Department.

During my time in this department, I acquired essential knowledge and experiences that could profoundly shape my future career path in medicine. Initially, I wasn't particularly interested in cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery. However, the internship turned out to be both informative and deeply inspiring, igniting a newfound passion in me. I now find myself eager to pursue a career in this field. I was exposed to various cardiology cases and was able to observe the daily routines and responsibilities of healthcare professionals.

One of the most memorable aspects of my internship was in the angiography department. The staff was exceptional; they welcomed us to observe the procedures up close, wearing special lead uniforms that weighed about 5 kilos to shield us from the X-ray radiation. At first glance, the uniforms didn’t seem that heavy, but after wearing them for a short while, I quickly realized the challenge of enduring that weight throughout the day, especially while performing 10 to 12 procedures a day. It truly highlighted the physical demands of the profession and deepened my respect for the healthcare professionals who handle such rigorous tasks with dedication. As we watched the procedures unfold, the specialists explained the path through the arteries that we were observing, which made it easier to apply my anatomical knowledge in a practical context.

The environment was friendly and collaborative. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, were enthusiastic and eager to share their knowledge with us. They took the time to explain complex cases and welcomed our questions.

A highlight of my internship was immersing myself in the local culture and traditions. I explored the
stunning nature around us, including Tortum Lake’s breathtaking scenery. Trying the local cuisine also enhanced my experience and introduced me to the region's culinary traditions.

In summary, my three-week internship in Turkey was a pivotal experience that enriched both my professional and personal growth. The practical exposure to cardiology reignited my passion for medicine and inspired me to pursue a career in this field with renewed enthusiasm.
